Customer Service Officer (m/f/d) - Italian and English
As part of our Dispersions Customer Service team in Tarragona, you will collaborate in the following areas:
* You are the main internal contact for customers, managing day-to-day order enquiries and being responsible and accountable for all order-related activities.
* In close cooperation with Account Management and Supply Chain, Transport Management, and logistic providers, you ensure a seamless order-flow and correct and prompt customer order processing.
* You provide the customer and sales team with relevant information related to order processing and deliveries' status.
* Your main tools include SAP R/3 (Module SD), BASF's Order Monitoring Cockpit, and MS Office; this includes data maintenance required for e-commerce channels & SAP master data.
* You handle customers' products returns and corresponding Non-Conformance-Management.
* You ensure that the consignment process runs smoothly and physical inventory taking for consignment stock at least once a year is properly handled and adheres to company rules.
* You regularly monitor inventories and take proper actions to minimize the impact on capital costs.
* You ensure that invoices and credit notes are issued correctly and promptly according to corporate procedures and current tax regulations.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area (Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, etc.)
* Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
* At least 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, Customer Service or Supply Chain positions
* High level of Italian and English, Spanish appreciated
* Customer focus, collaboration, and communication skills
