The Brand Specialist will work on offering dedicated support to top-tier brands to grow with Amazon by identifying and improving key customer inputs for growth, such as content, marketing, and stock availability. Additionally, Brand Specialists will help brands leverage Amazon’s tools and programs to enhance their business inputs.

About the Role:
As a Brand Specialist (L5), you will manage top-tier brands end-to-end, helping them scale their business on Amazon. Your focus will be on five core areas: selection, demand generation, catalogue quality, business advice, and availability.
The ideal candidate should have experience in building brand relationships, understanding product cycle planning, and online selling. They should be flexible, results-oriented, proactive, and possess strong analytical skills. A proven track record in ownership, results delivery, and quick implementation is essential. Entrepreneurial spirit and confidence in making independent, data-driven decisions are also important. The candidate must be capable of planning, forecasting, and driving online business success. Effective communication with Amazon’s partners, vendors, and internal teams is crucial.
Responsibilities:
* Building selection and SMU lines
* Demand generation: collaborating with category management to create marketing plans based on vendor objectives
* Supporting brand participation in Amazon programs
* Ensuring continuous product availability
* Maintaining catalogue quality with accurate images and descriptions for Amazon detail pages
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* MBA from a tier 1/2 institute
* 3-4 years of eCommerce experience
* Experience in the luggage industry is preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Problem-solving skills, proactive attitude, effective communication with brands, good Excel skills
