A global leader in AI-powered retail technology is looking for a Technical Consultant to join its expanding team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions that are revolutionising the retail industry worldwide.
The ideal candidate will collaborate directly with clients to implement and support intelligent retail systems, combining technical know-how with strong communication to deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical consultancy and hands-on implementation support for AI-driven retail solutions
* Design and build tailored solutions using Oracle databases and PL/SQL
* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot client environments on Linux-based systems
* Analyse and resolve complex technical issues
* Support system integration and data migration projects
* Produce clear and structured technical documentation
* Deliver technical training sessions to clients and end-users
* Collaborate with global teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Attend client meetings and act as a trusted technical advisor
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
* 3+ years of experience working with Oracle databases and PL/SQL
* Strong knowledge of Linux OS and Bash scripting
* Fluent in both Spanish and English
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Experience in the retail or supply chain sector is desirable
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads independently and within a distributed team
* A client-focused approach with a dedication to quality and service
