As the Field Marketing Manager (based in Spain or Belgium), you will be the driving force behind our global field marketing strategy. You will lead a team of eight marketing professionals across North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC, responsible for executing 300+ events annually. Your focus will be on generating high‑quality leads, driving pipeline growth, and achieving a strong ROI on all field marketing activities.
Where you will have impact
- Manage and mentor a global team of eight field marketers, driving high performance and scalable best practices across geographies.
- Own and execute global field marketing plans aligned with demand‑generation and sales goals, delivering results in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
- Own the overall business strategy and execution of our annual customer conferences.
- Represent Lighthouse at key industry events.
- Develop and manage a robust calendar of field events – tradeshows, customer events, executive dinners, roadshows, roundtables, webinars, and partner sponsorships – focused on driving ROI.
- Own global budget allocation and reporting, ensuring every dollar spent contributes to qualified pipeline growth.
- Ensure all global events reinforce our brand identity and support go‑to‑market messaging and marketing goals.
- Work closely with Sales, Brand Design, and Campaign Managers to synchronize event planning, promotion, and follow‑up.
- Build repeatable event frameworks, processes, and templates that the field marketers can leverage for consistency, high quality, and results.
- Measure performance and impact of events, continuously refining strategies and tactics based on data‑driven insights.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in field‑marketing, preferably in SaaS.
- 3+ years of experience leading a global team and navigating cultural nuances.
- Experience planning, executing, and analyzing customer events.
- Strong project‑management and analytical skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing‑automation systems (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Thick skin and capability to handle strong personalities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones.
