We are looking to set up a team within Global SCIB FCC to participate in and oversee work conducted as part of the TMRA Taskforce by the First Line of Defence. The work involves guiding, checking, and challenging project deliverables.
Responsibilities include :
* Product identification
* Red Flags identification
* Product to Red Flag mapping
* Red Flag to Controls mapping
* Gap assessment
* Review and testing of scenarios / rules / models proposed to cover gaps
* Developing and suggesting alternative controls to improve effectiveness
* Technical review of calibration of scenarios / models
* Reviewing and testing any changes in the data flow architecture
* Generating KPIs to measure success against predefined criteria
Must-have skills and requirements :
* In-depth knowledge of conducting Transaction Monitoring Risk Assessments in a large financial institution
* Knowledge of products and features for CIB (Trade Finance, Capital Markets, Cash Management, Correspondent Banking)
* Understanding of AML typologies relevant for CIB
* Extensive experience with SQL and Spark
* Advanced Python skills, including Streamlit
* Experience with Scenario calibration (including ATL / BTL)
* Experience with end-to-end data reconciliation
