Supply Chain Demand Support Intern
Job Description
Location: Madrid
Type: 6-months internship (you need to be enrolled as a student, we will be signing convenio de practicas with your school/university)
Time: 30-35h/week in morning schedule
Expected Start Date: as soon as possible
Your Role
* You will extract, compare and analyze our orderbook to check deviations on delivery dates. You will alert your stakeholders about deviations to take corrective actions.
* You will identify if delivery dates are not assigned and start escalation.
* You will analyze inventory each month to check aging items and alert to take actions.
* You will design a PowerBI dashboard for local KPI monitoring.
* It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid.
You’re The Right Fit If
* You are currently studying towards a bachelor or master in Biomedical Engineering, Comupter Science, Industrial Engineering or a similar degree (you must be able to sign a "convenio de practicas" with your univeristy) You can commit 30-35h/week in a morning schedule.
* You know how to analyze data and draw conclusions from it. You preferably work with MS Excel and Power BI.
* You speak fluent Spanish and English.
* You have a proactive attitude and learn quickly. You enjoy establishing new connections and working in a team. You are a problem solver.
How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an office role.
