Our ambition as People and Organization (P&O) function is to co-own the overall Siemens transformation, enabling Siemens’ businesses to remain successful in an ever faster changing environment. Accordingly, our global P&O leadership team has recently set our new P&O Strategy 2030 and is reviewing P&O’s strategic priorities regularly. In this context, we are expanding our Strategic Projects team to contribute to the deployment of the strategy and support our businesses with necessary capabilities and capacities.

Role responsibilities :
* Set up, structure, and steer multiple modules in complex, high-visibility international P&O projects, expanding your network
* Shape the P&O solution landscape and deploy Strategy 2030 with P&O experts and business partners
* Implement strategic projects with global P&O stakeholders to generate impact
* Act as a change agent, thinking end-to-end, challenging, hypothesizing, testing, and building innovative solutions
* Coordinate key stakeholders including business, P&O, and service providers
* Identify and manage interdependencies with ongoing strategic P&O efforts
* Use data to maximize user impact and contribute holistically to Siemens
* Introduce new ways of working, such as agile approaches
* Contribute to team shaping within Siemens P&O through Squads and Chapters
Qualifications :
* Master’s Degree or equivalent experience
* Extensive experience in management, strategy, or transformation consulting, especially in P&O / HR topics, preferably in Siemens-related industries
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
ability to influence change
* Broad P&O / HR domain knowledge (e.G., learning, talent management, organizational excellence, M&A, HR digitalization, change management)
* Experience with AI use cases in P&O projects is a plus
* Fast learner with a proactive attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
* Proficiency in English
