We focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt asset classes. We are looking for a Client Service Administrator to support our Luxembourg department in charge of Client Service Management for our international client base.

Responsibilities
Work with a Client Service Manager responsible for a portfolio of clients to support the daily activities of the funds under management.
Support the Client Service Manager to ensure compliance with internal and external processes.
Monitor deadlines according to the Fund corporate calendar and internal procedures;
report approaching deadlines and ensure the fund corporate calendar is up-to-date.
Update internal database on clients (static and dynamic) data by liaising with counterparties to verify and/or collect the required information.
Prepare the first draft of the Operating Memorandum based on the latest available template for review by the Client Service Manager.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and proper documentation, e.G., populate checklists, AML forms, UBO forms, and other fund-related reports;
resolve issues with missing information with the help of the Client Service Manager.
Ensure all investor subscription documents, including side letters, are saved in the client folder.
Prepare the first draft of the investors side letter matrix and report any gaps on responsible parties or approaching deadlines to the Client Service Manager.
Where FundRock LIS acts as corporate secretary, liaise to collect Board pack relevant reports from internal departments and report missing data to the Client Service Manager.
