About the Role
We are looking for a creative Regional Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand’s presence across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook in their respective territory(ies). Reporting to the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end content management, including scheduling, copywriting, content creation, and community engagement. You will also play a key role in identifying partnership opportunities with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the regional social media content calendar, ensuring posts align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
* Create and schedule engaging content (including short-form videos, static posts, and Stories / Reels) for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook around key calendar dates and in sync with some of our above the line Media and Press features.
* Write compelling copy tailored to each platform and audience.
* Manage community engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
* Monitor trends, cultural moments, and industry activity to proactively suggest creative ideas and content strategies.
* Identify, establish, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to drive brand awareness and engagement.
* Collaborate with internal teams (creative, PR and marketing) to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
* Track and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisations.
What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in English (the team's working language) and at least one — ideally several — of the following : German, Spanish, or Italian.
* Proven experience in a social media management role (preferably in a national or international capacity or representing a large brand).
* Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook best practices.
* Ability to create engaging, high-quality content. Basic editing skills such as Canva is required, but advanced graphic design skills are not needed.
* Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
* Passion for community building and influencer marketing.
* Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with tracking both organic and paid performance metrics and optimising content based on insights.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team and ensuring transparency with the reporting Brand Manager.
* Each territory will require between 9-15 hours / week of work, with the possibility of managing multiple territories depending on language skills.

* 2nd Interview (Marketing Director & Brand Manager) : Creative assessment and presentation of the task.
