We are committed to equal employment opportunities that foster an inclusive environment. /ph3Mission /h3pAs a Medical Affairs Manager the main purpose of your role will be to build partnerships with external healthcare professionals and with internal stakeholders, to communicate evidence‑based critical scientific, technical and development issues in the Hematology area. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and execute medical affairs plans in alignment with the business objectives, guided by senior colleague. /liliMedical lead building and maintaining relationships with scientific thought leaders globally. /liliManage international scientific events like advisory boards, symposia or standalone meetings. /liliManage initiatives and requests related to Grifols research programs such as ISRs, awards, grants and Ph IV studies. /liliCollect and analyze competitor medical/scientific information from different sources/departments and communicate it to the appropriate internal functions and departments. /liliAttend national and international medical conferences on the respective disease areas and provide reports from these meetings to internal stakeholders. /liliProvide medical content for medical education programs for clinicians externally and for internal customers through the training department. /liliContribute to scientific publications generated from Grifols projects or studies (including abstract writing or revision of manuscripts). /liliProvide scientific responses to enquiries by internal and external customers and support the Medical Information department in elaborating standard response letters (SRL). /liliEnsure the accuracy of the medical content of marketing materials and participate in the sign‑off process of promotional materials. /liliCollaborate with cross‑functional teams within the Scientific Innovation Office (SIO) and commercial and other departments, participating in different working groups as needed. /liliProvide medical input in the development of value dossiers or other materials requested for reimbursement/market access support. /liliAttend periodic team meetings on therapeutic area updates and strategy alignment. /liliManage budget and ensure compliance with Grifols processes and regulations. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedicine, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or Medicine. PhD, MD or PharmD with advanced knowledge in the respective scientific field is preferred. /liliValuable experience in the therapeutic area (Hematology, intensive care and bleeding management). /liliAt least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the pharma industry. /liliSolid knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical basics with highest ethical standards. /liliScientific understanding (literature, clinical and basic research etc.). /liliAdvanced communication and relationship‑building skills. /liliPresentation skills. /liliGood English language skills (spoken and written). /liliComputer skills. /liliWillingness to travel. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3pIt’s a brilliant opportunity for someone with the right talents.
