About Memorae
Memorae is building a new category around memory, execution, and cognitive relief. We move fast, we test constantly, and we care deeply about authenticity. Community is not a side channel for us; it is a core acquisition and brand engine.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Community Manager who lives and works physically in Andorra. This role is hands-on, embedded in the Growth team, and critical to acquisition across social platforms.
This is not a “scheduled posts + generic replies” role. We want someone who understands culture, tone, context, and timing. Someone who can speak like a human, not a brand template.
Responsibilities
* Build, manage, and grow Memorae’s community across social platforms.
* Actively engage with users: comments, DMs, replies, conversations.
* Create authentic, native content adapted to each platform.
* Turn community interaction into a real acquisition lever.
* Detect trends, insights, objections, and opportunities directly from the community.
* Collaborate closely with the Growth Marketing team on campaigns and experiments.
* Protect and evolve Memorae’s voice: sharp, human, and credible.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role.
* Strong instinct for authentic communication, not corporate social media.
* High ownership mentality: you treat the community as your product.
* Ability to understand growth goals and contribute directly to acquisition.
* Comfortable working fast, testing, iterating, and learning in public.
Requirements
* Fluent English (C1–C2) — mandatory.
* Fluent Spanish (C1–C2) — mandatory.
* Physically based in Andorra (or willing to relocate).
* Availability to work mainly on-site, with hybrid flexibility.
* Strong written communication skills.
* Deep understanding of social platforms and online culture.
Nice to Have
* Experience working in a growth-driven startup.
* Background in marketing, content, or brand.
* Sensitivity to product, UX, and user psychology.
Why Memorae
* You will be close to product, growth, and decision-making.
* Real impact: community is a first-class growth channel here.
* Small, sharp team with high standards.
* Build something meaningful, not noise.
