Overview
Laboratorios Ysonut is seeking a Head of Accounting & Financial Control to join our Corporate Administration & Finance department in Madrid. You will support all accounting, taxation, and financial control matters across the markets where Ysonut operates.
Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise accounting and financial reporting.
* Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet).
* Ensure compliance with monthly closing schedules.
* Develop and provide financial KPIs for the Finance Direction.
* Review and improve accounting procedures in line with regulations.
* Ensure compliance with tax obligations for each group company, in coordination with local advisors.
* Support the Finance Direction in developing tax and financial control strategies for each market.
* Coordinate internal and external audits.
* Lead internal processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Your profile
* Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and / or Taxation.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with leadership responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation (national and international), and financial control.
* Advanced level of Spanish and English (mandatory). French is considered a plus.
* Advanced Excel skills (SAGE X3 knowledge is a plus).
* Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
