Our global fintech would be lost without them.They’re more than just an important part of the business — they’re our backbone.We're looking for a Tax Manager to compile, review, and manage all types of customer tax information reports, ranging from FATCA, CRS, QI, CSEOP, and FTT. Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingManaging the timely and accurate submission of tax information returns across global jurisdictionsReconciling customer tax withholding and reporting balances to ensure data accuracy and complianceFocusing on extraterritorial operational tax regimes, such as FATCA, CRS, CARF, and filings associated with Revolut’s local product offerings in each jurisdictionPerforming controls over customer related tax information for reporting, documenting, and communicating outcomes to key stakeholdersCollaborating with the Tax Product and Operations team to define reporting requirements and associated controls as part of new product and entity launchesPartnering with Onboarding and Customer Support teams to manage customer-related tax reporting queries at scaleTracking and analysing tax developments related to customer information tax reporting, and assessing impact on Revolut’s operationsIdentifying and implementing improvements to reporting processes and proceduresWhat You'll Need5 years of experience in tax information reporting, ideally within a financial institutionImpressive technical skills with data analytics, preparing and managing large volumes of dataExperience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutionsA control-orientated backgroundExcellent communication and time management skillsNice to haveExperience improving and enhancing controls and governanceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
