You will also assist the HACCP team and provide support for product certifications (Halal, Kosher, FDA, MSC, ASC, Organic, SAE). /lilistrongWorkflows Corrective Actions: /strong You will use QMS software to automate workflows, manage documents, and track nonconformities from recurring production incidents and customer complaints. You will actively verify processes and corrective actions to resolve quality and safety issues, supporting the implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). /lilistrongAudits Service Providers: /strong You will conduct internal process and hygiene audits, as well as routine inspections, and provide support during regulatory audits by national authorities. Additionally, you will collaborate in the coordination of contracts with service providers and ensure their compliance with audits. /lilistrongRisk Cost Management: /strong You will assist in risk assessments (TACCP, VACCP) to identify vulnerabilities, support crisis management and resolve food safety incidents. Also, you will aid in the management and control of departmental quality-related costs. /lilistrongFloor Operations Quality Culture: /strong You will collaborate directly with production teams to ensure quality and food safety standards are met on the shop floor. Together with HR and Production, you will foster a strong food safety culture across the entire organization. /lilistrongContinuous Improvement: /strong You will lead or support continuous improvement projectds aimed at at optimizing product quality, processes, hygiene, food safety culture, reducing waste, and improving production efficiency. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWho you are /strong /ppWe are looking for a proactive, autonomous professional with a strong analytical mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /ppbr/ppstrongThe Essentials (Must Have): /strong /ppbr/pullistrongEducation and Experience: /strong University Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or similar, with a solid background in Quality and Food Safety, including risk identification and management in production/supply processes, and experience in regulatory audit support. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in food manufacturing is required. /lilistrongTechnical Knowledge: /strong Practical knowledge and proven experience with GFSI standards (e.g., IFS). /lilistrongLanguage Skills: /strong Minimum B2 level of English and Fluency or Native in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. /lilistrongTech-Savvy: /strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. /lilistrongAvailability: /strong Availability to work strongon-site /strong in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /lilistrongKey Competencies: /strong Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
