The Agency Mallorca is growing, and we’re building something new: a dedicated Rental Department to harness the full potential of Mallorca’s luxury rental market. We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Rental Specialist to create and lead this new business line, with the support of an international brand and the freedom to shape it locally.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and build our Rental Department’s strategy, operations, branding, and growth plan
- Identify, source, and secure high-quality rental listings across Mallorca
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners, partners, and service providers
- Oversee the full rental cycle: marketing, viewings, contracts, client care, and move‑in/out
- Ensure compliance with Balearic rental regulations and tourism‑licence requirements
- Create efficient internal processes and recruit/train team members as the department expands
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience
About You
- Proven experience in property rentals or leasing in Mallorca, preferably in the luxury market
- Strong network of owners, collaborators, and repeat‑rental contacts
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to build a department from scratch
- Fluent in English; Spanish and/or German are a strong advantage
- Knowledge of local regulations and documentation required for rentals
