As a Senior IT Project Manager in the automotive tech space, you will lead software development initiatives and coordinate multidisciplinary, multi-stakeholder efforts. You’ll bridge business, architecture, and technical teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across complex projects. This role sits at the core of evolving technological programs within our corporate ecosystem, demanding hands-on leadership and a strong delivery mindset. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to shape outcomes that align with our mission and scale initiatives.

• Lead and coordinate software development projects and other technological initiatives
• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements
• Coordinate the relationship between business stakeholders, technical teams, and the architecture area
• Review and validate the quality of technical deliverables

• Drive project planning, monitoring, and reporting with focus on quality, timelines, and efficiency

Responsabilidades
• Experience in software or technology projects in complex corporate environments with cross-functional coordination
• Must validate technical deliverables and translate business needs into precise technical requirements; at least 3 years of Agile experience; prior roles such as Technical Lead, Scrum Master, xpzdshu Software Architect, or Product Owner preferred
• Strong skills in Jira, Confluence, project reporting tools; professional Spanish and English required
• Autonomy, analytical thinking, clear communication, collaboration, and strong results/quality orientation
