The Project!As a Facilities Project Management Coordinator, you will coordinate and manage preventive and corrective maintenance across a network of the Pepe Jeans stores, ensuring proper functioning of facilities and acting as a liaison between stores, suppliers, and the Store Design team. Manage store openings and closures, ensuring operational continuity and budget control.
What will the role entail?
Manage maintenance of 80 stores, offices and showrooms through digital platform, coordinating incidents and requests.
Act as communication bridge between stores and maintenance suppliers
Coordinate all services related to store closures and openings (installations, signage, furniture, technical services)
Prioritize and follow up on work orders based on urgency and business impact
Manage maintenance budgets and validate supplier invoices
Collaborate with Store Design, Operations, VM, Product, Finance & Legal teams on store projects

Requirements
2-4 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facility management, or supplier management (retail is a plus).
Fluency in Spanish, Advanced level (min. C1) of English. Other languages will be valued.
Basic understanding of construction systems and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Technical requirements: Excel and AutoCAD.
