The ProjectAs a Buying and Operations Coordinator for Pepe Jeans, you will lead the strategic Buyer function and procurement management, collaborating as a collection Developer. Your goal will be to maximize supply chain efficiency, from collection development to securing all shipments.
What will the role entail?
Lead the strategic procurement and purchasing process for finished goods negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
Ensure all operational systems and tools are regularly updated.
Collaborate with the design and production teams to support the collections development process from a sourcing and logistical perspective.
Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure quality standards, on-time delivery, and compliance.
Oversee and secure all shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to clients.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize supply chain efficiency.
Prepare and manage budgets for purchasing activities.
Analyze market trends and material costs to inform purchasing decisions and mitigate risk.
Ensure full compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies for all procured goods and shipments.

Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a role involving strategic sourcing and negotiation, operational systems management and collection development.
High (min. C1) level of Spanish and English. Other languages will be highly valued.
Advanced knowledge of SAP and Excel.
