Working closely with an award winning and highly experienced General Counsel, this newly created position will operate at the commercial sharp end of this high growth p/e organisation as it closes in on its next acquisition/s This is an opportunity to have a huge impact as an experienced lawyer and commercial decision maker. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with the General Counsel and owners of the business to further develop and grow the portfolio. We are looking for an exceptional Corporate M&A; Corporate lawyer with a highly commercial approach. You will be UK Qualified and have UK Listed company experience and have the facility to base in Madrid.
