Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager (maternity cover) to play a key role in shaping and evolving HBX Group’s global brand. Reporting to the Head of Brand, Content & Creative, you will translate business strategy into a clear, consistent, and impactful brand strategy—driving awareness, differentiation, and growth across markets.
Key Responsibilities

* Brand strategy & positioning: Define and evolve the corporate brand and positioning across client and supplier segments.
* Global brand execution: Drive brand awareness and equity through consistent, high‑quality execution aligned with business goals.
* Brand governance: Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (digital and offline).
* Brand identity & messaging: Partner with Creative and Content teams to define visual identity and tone of voice.
* Storytelling & content: Develop compelling narratives and materials to strengthen brand perception.
* Cross‑functional collaboration: Work closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams to support growth (acquisition, retention, expansion).
* Tools & partners management: Oversee branding tools (e.G., Templafy), agencies, and external partners.
* Insights & performance: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to continuously refine strategy.
* Budget & asset management: Manage branding budgets, trademarks, domains, and brand assets.
Profile
*
* 7+ years in brand management / brand strategy, ideally in B2B and global environments
* Strong experience working cross‑functionally on complex, strategic projects
* Solid project management skills
* Strategic, creative, and results‑driven mindset
* Strong storytelling and copywriting abilities
* High attention to detail and ownership
* Fluent English required (additional languages a plus)
