Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a commercial migration for one of our clients. You will be the driving the transition ensuring that every phase is specified, tracked, and executed without disrupting business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
* Migration Roadmap: Define and own the end-to-end commercial migration plan, specifying every technical and operational requirement involved.
* Stakeholder Orchestration: Partner closely with Commercial Leads to determine transition windows and mitigate risks to client-facing operations.
* Progress Tracking: Maintain project health metrics, ensuring all workstreams are hitting milestones on time and within scope.
* Transition Strategy: Work with legal and commercial teams to determine "what can transition when," optimizing for speed and compliance.
Requirements:
* Experience: 8–10 years of project management experience, with at least 5 yearsleading commercial or enterprise-level migrations
* Agile Mastery: Very good knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Jira; experience managing high-velocity delivery cycles.
* Stakeholder Influence: Proven ability to navigate complex corporate hierarchies and influence "Commercial Leads" to align on transition timelines.
* Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III) is preferred. xohynlm
