Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the JR Iberia unit within Stryker’s Joint Replacement division to drive market growth and profitability. You will manage a regional sales team, coordinate marketing and sales programs, and oversee P&L for Iberia, shaping strategies to penetrate the market. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deploy initiatives that improve outcomes and expand the product footprint. knowledge of key opinion leaders and competitors - Fluent in English and Spanish;
Italian a plus - Proven track record in market share growth and meeting financial commitments - Experience budgeting and executing marketing/sales plans - Proven ability to build and lead sales teams across direct and indirect channels - Strong ability to engage and apply performance management systems to hit business goals - Strong commercial/financial acumen;
