Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the JR Iberia unit within Stryker’s Joint Replacement division to drive market growth and profitability. You will manage a regional sales team, coordinate marketing and sales programs, and oversee P&L for Iberia, shaping strategies to penetrate the market. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners to deploy initiatives that improve outcomes and expand the product footprint. This is an opportunity to influence orthopedic innovation and help establish a strong regional presence.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Coordinate sales actions - Control reporting (highlights) - Optimize regional resources (deposits, A&P, expenses) - Manage information workflow inside the department and with other teams - Oversee resources, personnel and materials for the area - Maintain strong knowledge of CMF products and techniques - Follow and manage pricing policy and discount approvals - Provide monthly sales evolution reports to CMF Director - Coordinate sales force and promote products to the sales team - Intermediary between sales area and customers - Drive periodic marketing and long-term plans (3–5 years) - Launch products at national level - Coordinate distribution and logistics (deposits, kits, etc.) - Control investments, personnel, expenses, margins, and pricing - Supervise waste segregation in the departmentResponsabilidades - 10+ years of commercial experience (marketing and sales) - Experience as Commercial/Division BU Leader or Regional Sales Manager in medical devices - Direct selling experience in medical devices;
knowledge of key opinion leaders and competitors - Fluent in English and Spanish;
Italian a plus - Proven track record in market share growth and meeting financial commitments - Experience budgeting and executing marketing/sales plans - Proven ability to build and lead sales teams across direct and indirect channels - Strong ability to engage and apply performance management systems to hit business goals - Strong commercial/financial acumen;
