In this role you drive indirect channel growth for Siemens Smart Infrastructure in North West Spain. You build and optimize partnerships with system integrators to expand the region’s market share in building automation and fire safety. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into actionable plans, shaping smarter, safer and more sustainable buildings. You’ll operate in a dynamic, hybrid setup with a mission-driven, inclusive culture.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Exceed sales targets and grow market share in North West Spain
• Recruit and onboard new system integrators and partners
• Strengthen relationships with existing partners and support their success
• Promote building automation and fire safety products and articulate their value
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to identify opportunities
• Provide commercial and initial technical guidance, coordinating with internal experts
• Execute strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably indirect sales
• Strong understanding of building automation, HVAC, or fire safety solutions
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships and influence stakeholders
• Proactive, results-driven mindset with a track record of exceeding targets xpzdshu
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize tasks
• Fluency in Spanish and English; driver’s license; willingness to travel in North West Spain
