We are looking fora Junior Optoelectronic Process Engineer to join an important Project located in Valdepeñasin hybrid job modality.
What are we looking for?
* An/a Junior Optoelectronic Process Engineer, with at least 1years of experience.
* Availability to join a stable project in Valdepeñas.
* Degree:Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
* Work Model: hybrid (25%).
* Work Schedule: full time.
Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
* Approximately 1 year of experience in electronic manufacturing processes.
The following will be valued:
* Basic knowledge of IPC, ISO 9001/9100 standards or interest in training in them.
* Familiarity with CAD/CAM tools, ERP/MES systems, or data analysis software.
* Analytical skills, initiative, willingness to learn, and good communication and teamwork skills.
What will your responsibilities be?
* Support the definition and improvement of electronic equipment manufacturing processes (assembly and systems integration).Collaborate in the implementation of basic Lean Manufacturing methodologies and process control tools.
* Support the design, quality, and production teams in the industrialization of new products.
* Prepare and update technical documentation under supervision: work instructions, roadmaps, basic FMEA, and control plans.
* Ensure the correct traceability and compliance of processes following internal regulations and industry standards.
* Participate in internal audits and support external audits when necessary.
* Contribute to the introduction of new technologies and small automation improvements within the plant.
