What will your goals be?
You will contact people interested in our programs, initiating an admission process that concludes with the student's enrollment—provided they meet the necessary requirements for the international team.
You will monitor and analyze your own KPIs together with the Admissions Manager to achieve maximum efficiency in managing the portfolio of applications.
What will your day-to-day look like?
Manage admission and information requests from potential students. Address their questions and identify their training needs (by phone and in person).
Advise candidates on the program they are interested in, clearly and transparently explaining how our value proposition benefits their professional and personal development.
Ensure efficient portfolio and sales funnel management through the CRM.
What do we offer?
Permanent employment contract.
Compensation package including fixed salary + performance-based variable.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday (on-site work at the school).
