Fundación Adecco, as social partner of leading international company in their field, collaborates in their Diversity Plan for Talent Acquisition In this role, your task will be: - Reception: Permanent presence in Reception area to receive clients and employees Presence is obligatory Positive Attitude Professional Image - Office Management Support: Support in Access: - Office tower and badges - Liaise with Security locally, regionally and globally, in case of an incident - SPLAN security system: registration of guests, and ensuring that guests comply with the company policy - Support in maintenance of office facilities: Meeting Rooms · Preparation of meeting rooms before meetings · Cleaning of rooms after meetings, including erasing of whiteboards Copy Room · Supplies and maintenance of area Kitchen · Supplies and maintenance of area Support in client and employee events: - Preparation of areas that will be used (meeting rooms, Teapoint, etc.) - Reception of visitors · SPLAN system - Support in catering preparation and presentation Allocation of Parking Spaces and Workstations, as necessary - Workstations for visitors and new joiners - Correct allocation of parking spaces Day-to-day office maintenance: - Follow-up of repairs and other janitorial duties - Proactive attitude in detecting and repairing problems Mail - Collect and distribute mail and packages on a regular basis - Manage reception and response of certified letters with the Legal Department - Maintain physical and digital archive of these documents - Prepare packages and letters for courier - Storage of items received - Administrative Support to Cluster LT: Agendas - Keep agendas up to date, anticipating needs and changes - Foment relationships with Cluster and European counterparts, to facilitate changes in meetings, etc. Travel - Management of end-to-end travel for LT, anticipating problems and proactively ensuring that travel is correct and smooth, complying with Visa guidelines - 7P Support (up-to-date and accurate) Expense Reports - Timely and accurate expense reporting for PCard and credit card expenses - Timely and accurate expense reporting for LT

-College-level education or equivalent in professional experience -Professional image -Proactivity -At least 3-5 years in a similar position with stretch goals -Bi-lingual level in English and Spanish -Ability to handle many different projects at the same time with a high energy level - Expert use of: PowerPoint Excel Word
