At Körber Supply Chain, we are looking for a Sales Manager – Intralogistics Automation to strengthen our commercial team in Spain and support the development of our automation solutions portfolio.

This role is ideal for a commercial professional with experience in intralogistics or warehouse automation, comfortable managing complex B2B sales processes and working closely with engineering and project teams to deliver high-value automation solutions.
You will play a key role in driving market development, strengthening our customer portfolio and leading the preparation of competitive technical and commercial proposals.
Your responsibilities
* Define and implement the sales strategy, policies and commercial guidelines aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.
* Identify and develop key markets and strategic customers within the intralogistics sector.
* Drive business development by strengthening existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
* Lead the end-to-end sales process, from opportunity identification to proposal delivery.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams across the value chain to deliver integrated solutions.
* Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with the relevant organizational units.
* Contribute to the development and effectiveness of the sales organization and commercial infrastructure .
* Drive and monitor key market development initiatives and commercial programs.
* Represent Körber in customer engagements and ensure alignment between commercial, technical and financial objectives.
What we are looking for
* Proven experience in sales within intralogistics, warehouse automation or material handling solutions
* Strong experience managing complex technical sales cycles and customer relationships
* Ability to collaborate with engineering and technical teams to shape competitive solutions
* Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking
* Professional English is required ; German is a plus
