ITSM, ITIL, ServiceNow, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Environments and Vendor Management.

Monitoring and improving

5+ years of experience in IT Service Management
Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow
Infrastructure management background
Cloud environments (Azure, OCI or similar)
Strong stakeholder management skills
OT / Industrial environments experience
Project Management experience
1,200 per year for training.
