You will be responsible for defining, validating, and optimizing manufacturing processes for composite structures. You will bridge the gap between engineering design and shop-floor reality, ensuring that processes involving Layup (FPM/AFP), Hot Debulking, and Curing are robust, efficient, and meet our rigorous quality standards.

\n

- *Key Responsibilities**

\nIndustrialization & Process Setup\n
- Lead the industrialization of composite manufacturing lines at the Illescas site, ensuring alignment with program goals regarding production rate, recurring costs, and quality.
- Define and qualify specific manufacturing processes, with a primary focus on Layup technologies and Hot Debulking desirable.
- Oversee the end-to-end composite cycle, including bagging, autoclave cure cycles, debugging/demoulding, and subsequent trimming and drilling operations.

\nTechnical Validation & Quality Control\n
- Analyze manufacturing results through rigorous inspection protocols, including dimensional inspections and Photogrammetry.
- Manage process validation using Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and destructive testing methods to ensure structural integrity.
- Lead troubleshooting activities on the shop floor to resolve technical issues during the ramp-up phase.

\nDocumentation & Standards\n
- Act as the focal point for Airbus Process Instructions (AIPIs), ensuring general standards are adapted and maintained for local industrial application.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to co-design processes that enhance manufacturability (DFM).
