About the Role
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
* Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, including software engineering, cloud, data, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
* Execute active sourcing strategies across multiple channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and niche tech communities.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future business needs.
* Conduct structured interviews and collaborate with technical teams to assess skills and cultural fit.
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process, from first contact to offer stage.
Business Partnering
* Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, understanding business priorities and translating them into effective hiring strategies.
* Provide market insights, talent availability analysis, and recommendations to support workforce planning.
* Influence stakeholders, manage expectations, and guide decision-making with a consultative approach.
* Participate in business discussions to anticipate talent needs and proactively propose recruitment solutions.
Process Management & Optimisation
* Track and analyse recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, conversion rates, quality of hire) to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement.
