The role operates as a senior individual contributor with strong strategic influence across functions.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead the end-to-end market access strategy for Atopic Dermatitis, aligned with global value, evidence generation, and brand objectives.* Define and implement access strategies across Western European markets.* Develop and deliver robust value propositions, including payer value narratives, and access tools.* Navigate and manage national and subnational access pathways, including regional decision-making, hospital formularies, and budget holders.* Drive post-launch evidence generation strategies (RWE, outcomes research, registries) to support reimbursement, renewals, and access optimization.* Anticipate and mitigate access risks related to policy changes, competitive dynamics, and evolving payer evidence requirements.* Act as the primary market access partner to Global Brand, Medical, HEOR, and Regional/Local Access teams.* Support affiliates in payer engagements and critical negotiations.**Required Capabilities & Experience*** Extensive experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in specialty or biologics.* Strong understanding of Western European market access systems, including HTA processes and subnational access dynamics.* Proven experience in designing and leveraging post-launch evidence to support payer decision-making.* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling payer value stories.* High autonomy, strong stakeholder management, and influencing skills.**Education*** Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, or related field; postgraduate training in health economics is a plus.
