At Tenth Revolution Group, we are looking for a DOM/DEM (Delivery Owner Manager / Delivery Execution Manager) in Barcelona. You will be part of the client’s internal IT division responsible for the maintenance and development of strategic corporate applications across multiple business domains.
This is a hybrid position based in Barcelona. Candidates must have previous experience in the banking sector .
Who are we looking for?
An experienced IT professional with a strong background in application management, vendor coordination, and software lifecycle execution. You will have worked in environments using both legacy technologies (Cobol, Mainframe, DB2) and modern stacks (Java, .NET, HTML, SAS), and have solid experience with databases like Oracle or SQL Server .
You should be confident working with cross-functional teams and external providers, ensuring solutions are delivered in line with corporate standards and business needs.
What will your day-to-day look like?
* Manage the evolution and maintenance of key internal corporate applications used across various departments (finance, IoT systems, videoconferencing, ERP, legal, parking, document management, etc.).
* Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure effective delivery and issue resolution.
* Oversee the full software development lifecycle using waterfall methodology .
* Ensure solutions align with architectural strategy and business objectives.
* Act as the point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
* Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
* 3–4+ years of experience in:
* IT project or service management.
* Application lifecycle coordination.
* Working as a functional analyst or developer.
* Technical experience with:
* Legacy: Cobol, Mainframe, DB2
* Modern: Java, .NET, HTML, SAS
* Databases: Oracle or SQL Server
* Mandatory experience in the banking sector .
* Fluent in Spanish or Catalan, with minimum B2 level English .
* Familiarity with waterfall development methodology .
