Brand & Events Lead
and help shape the future of WIRIS. As our M&E Lead, you will be responsible for strengthening Wiris' visibility and impact by building external relationships through events, communities, partnerships, and public relations, while supporting sales with demand generation."

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Event Management
: Plan, search, coordinate, and execute events (owned and sponsored) to increase brand visibility and engagement. Prepare all the merchandising for the events. Availability to travel to events 4 or 5 times per year.
* Community, Social media, and Blog strategy
: Develop and manage relationships with educators, institutions, and user communities to foster loyalty and advocacy, such as marketplaces and social media platforms
* Partnership Development
: Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with EdTech companies, universities, and associations.
* Public Relations (PR)
: Maintain strong relationships with media outlets, prepare press releases, and coordinate media opportunities to enhance brand reputation.
* Cross-Team Collaboration
: Work closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment between external initiatives and internal strategies.
* Market Intelligence
: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for brand exposure.
* Ensure the impact of marketing-generated pipelines
by aligning with the sales team for appropriate follow-up of provided leads.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION?
* Solid experience in events management, partnerships, and PR.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and creative skills.
* Experience managing and optimizing Pipeline Lifecycle.
* Familiarity with SaaS/tech industries.
* Ability to manage budgets, logistics, and merchandising for events.
* Experience with PR tools, event platforms, and social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
* Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce or similar) and outbound tools (e.g.,, Braze).
* Professional fluency in English (C1+) and Spanish.
