Native Spanish speaker with fluent English;
Portuguese knowledge isaplus.Experience in business development, sales, or related fields, preferably in fire safety or security systems.Ability to perform market analysis and contribute to business planning.Knowledge of the Spanish fire markets is required.Basic understanding of Ajax products, including intrusion detection, CCTV, automation, and water systems.Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders.Self-motivated with a strategic mindset, able to work independently and in teams.Willingness to travel within the Iberia region as needed.Responsibilities :
Collaborate with the Iberia Country Manager to define business strategies for expanding Ajax's fire systems in Spain and Portugal.Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and challenges.Support long-term business growth in residential and commercial sectors.Understand and adapt to Iberian market dynamics.Gain knowledge of Ajax's broader product portfolio for cross-selling and integration.Work with internal teams to align objectives and deliver excellent customer service.Build relationships with distributors, installers, and end-users to foster partnerships and drive sales.Report on market conditions, sales, and future opportunities to senior leadership.We offer :
