Experteer Overview As the senior AI and Quality Engineer, you will lead a transformation of the QA function for Génération Expert, Sage’s French accounting platform. You’ll define strategy, select tooling, and drive execution with a cross-functional, influence-led approach. This mission-critical role blends AI-powered quality with regulatory awareness to reduce manual testing and accelerate release cadence. You will work bilingually in French and English, collaborating across Product, Engineering, and QA to embed AI-driven quality practices at scale. You will act as the internal AI quality expert shaping how quality enables the product’s continued evolution.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Lead the QA transformation strategy and roadmap for Génération Expert
- Define tooling, automation approach, and AI use cases for quality at scale
- Drive execution across Product, Engineering, and QA with cross-functional influence
- Audit current test coverage, tooling, and manual testing burden to identify risks and opportunities
- Develop and promote risk-based prioritization and reusable QA frameworks
- Implement AI-assisted test generation and anomaly detection in production workflows
- Establish measurable quality metrics and visible reporting across teams
- Coach engineers and QA staff on new practices and toolingResponsabilidades
- Extensive experience leading QA transformation in complex, regulated software
- Hands-on expertise applying AI and generative AI to quality engineering
- Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct reports
- Fluent in French and English; Spanish a plus
- Experience in French regulatory/accounting software context is highly desirable
