What you'll achieve\nReporting to the Operational Excellence & Lean Manufacturing Manager, you will deploy Lean principles across the organization. Your mission is to drive performance and cost savings through continuous improvement:
\n
Champion Continuous Improvement
\n
You will lead high-impact projects applying methodologies such as
\n
Kaizen, 5S, SMED, and TPM. You don't just know the theory; you make it work on the floor.\nHunt for Efficiency:
\n
You will use data analysis to identify opportunities and detect waste in our production processes. You turn numbers into actionable improvements ( Create wow ).\nEmpower the Frontline:
\n
You will train and guide operational teams in the adoption of Lean tools. Your goal is to ensure they understand, execute, and own the change.\nDrive Performance:
\n
You will monitor key performance indicators ( KPIs ) related to efficiency, quality, cycle times, and productivity to ensure we are winning every day ( Take responsibility ).\nShape the Culture:
\n
You will promote a
\n
Lean Culture through training sessions, workshops, and active support in organizational change. You inspire others to think \"Lean\".
\n
Who you are\nWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for industrial optimization.
\n
The Engineer
\n
You have a Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Aeronautic, or similar).\nThe Expert:
\n
You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lean Facilitator or Lean Consultant. You have been there and done that.\nThe Leader:
\n
You have strong organization skills, determination, and the ability to influence across different levels of a large global organization.\nThe Analyst:
\n
You are highly analytical, with the ability to extract, understand, and interpret data to drive change.\nProject Manager:
\n
You have strong project management skills and strategic thought processes.\nLanguage Skills:
\n
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in
\n
English (B2/C1 level) .
\n
