Santander Auto Software is looking for a Technical Programme Manager.
What you will be doing:
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will be responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional strategic initiatives. TPM leads a program that includes launching new products and services in a given geography, large-scale application development, systems integration, and business and tech operations. TPM is hands-on and owns the success of the program.
This is a key role in Santander's overall success.
We need someone like you to help us:
* Ensure high-quality end-results with a clear scope and measurable business benefits.
* Manage scope to meet commitments within time, cost, and quality parameters.
* Define and track program milestones, develop, maintain, and report an integrated delivery plan.
* Collaborate with partners across all areas and Technology & Operations Domains to oversee software delivery phases.
* Publish status reports, propose recommendations, and adjustments.
* Brief key stakeholders on initiatives and represent the program in governance forums.
* Chair meetings to review progress and develop communication plans.
Skills & Knowledge:
* Experience in digital banking programs is highly valuable.
* Ability to earn trust, motivate teams, set direction, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively.
* Experience navigating a matrixed organization and stakeholder management.
* Strong influencing, presentation, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of project management, software delivery lifecycle methodologies, especially Agile.
* Understanding of Software Development and Technical Design, preferably from hands-on engineering.
