You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. /ppYou'll be responsible of leading and coordinating all warranty – related activities at rolling stock maintenance depots. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (external clientes and suppliers), ensure the proper execution of warranty tasks, including fault diagnosis, issue resolution, spare parts management and compliance with contractual obligations and much more. /ppbr/ppYou’ll specifically take care of managing the warranty activities at the customers depot, but also lead the internal warranty team, including planning and development. /ppbr/ppWe’ll look to you for: /ppbr/pulliOversee fault diagnosis, issue resolution, repair validation and repair logs accuracy. To restore train availability. /liliCoordinate with the rest of the waranty team and project team to ensure fleet availability. /liliMaintain strong relationships with the customer (train operator and or train maintenance) and rest of depot stakeholders. /liliPrepare and participate in the regular Service Affecting Failures SAFs meeting with the customer. /liliCoordination with external train Suppliers (subsystems) involved in warranty activities. /liliOversee consignment spare parts stock to ensure availability (as per contract). /liliPrepare and support internal process audits /liliEnsure compliance with safety and environmental standards (EHS) in all warranty related activities (including visitor coming on behalf of Alstom). /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbAll about you /b /ppbr/ppWe value passion and attitude over experience.
