- Review, clean, and define customer and prospect data, maintaining accurate contact lists for each campaign.
- Support sales and business development teams to prepare and launch campaigns, ensuring all materials are ready and localized where needed.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads generated, pipeline maturation), and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in B2B marketing, campaign management, demand generation or sales (ideally in the software or tech industry).
- Energetic approach with a sense of purpose and fun in fostering a pipeline culture.
- Creative, out‑of‑the‑box thinker and doer able to design and bring to life new ways to engage prospective customers.
- Proven ability to plan and operationalize campaigns in collaboration with sales and business development.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Data management and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel for campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Experience working in a multi‑cultural environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, MBA/master’s degree, or equivalent preferred.
- Outstanding communication, organizational and time‑management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional European language a plus.
Benefits
