Fashion customer service representative - spanish and english market

Responsibilities

1. Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers
2. Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services according to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery
3. Provide and excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales

Candidate Profile

9. Confident and enthusiastic.
10. The ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently
11. C2 Level of Spanish and C1 (or higher) level of English
12. First class written, verbal and interpersonal skills
13. Numerate and articulate
14. Well organised, reliable and thorough

Benefits

What we offer

23. 38.5hs/week from Monday to Friday, between 10.00 and 19.00
24. Temporary 1 month contract
25. Salary: 17.864 € gross/year
26. This is an on site job so living in the Barcelona area is a requirement.
