✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* Native/C1 level in French and English .
* Strong transversal IT knowledge across infrastructure, cloud, security, and IT operations.
* Minimum ITIL Foundation certification .
* University degree in IT, Engineering, or related field;
Master’s preferred.
* +4 years of experience in IT operations, incident management, or Major Incident Management (MIM) roles.
* Proven ability to communicate clearly with C-Suite executives and high-level stakeholders.
* Strong resilience under stress, multitasking, and ability to process, retain, and share complex information simultaneously via Teams, Outlook, or phone.
* Knowledge of IT regulations (DORA, GDPR, ISO, NIST, BCP, Security) is a plus.
* Tangential experience in audits and project management is beneficial.
* Familiarity with tools: PagerDuty, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, AVAYA, CISCO, CheckPoint, PALO ALTO, 365, Teams, Outlook, DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, Power BI .
* Additional languages (Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic) are a plus.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Manage major IT incidents and coordinate rapid response across teams.
* Handle problem management and change management activities.
* Monitor IT systems primarily via Azure and manage alerts through PagerDuty .
* Address high-severity security incidents .
* Communicate effectively with global teams and executives, ensuring transparency and clarity.
* Maintain documentation of incidents, processes, and knowledge sharing .
* Participate in on-call rotation, ensuring timely response to critical situations.
* Collaborate with IT teams to analyze incidents, implement preventive measures, and improve QoS processes .
* Keep up to date with IT regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in IT operations.
