As a key point of contact for our clientele, you will deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and embody the brand’s values through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide each client with a personalized and memorable shopping experience, reflecting the highest standards of luxury service.
2. Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored product recommendations to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Contribute to a welcoming and elegant boutique environment by supporting daily operations and maintaining impeccable product presentation.
4. Act as a brand ambassador by demonstrating in-depth product knowledge and delivering compelling storytelling to inspire clients.
5. Leverage CRM tools to support clienteling efforts, including follow-ups, client outreach, and relationship building.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and boutique sales goals.
7. Uphold visual merchandising and stock management standards to ensure a premium in-store experience.
Profile Requirements
8. Previous experience in a client-facing role, ideally within the luxury retail or fashion industry.
9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create genuine client connections.
10. Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in delivering outstanding service.
11. Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are considered an asset.
