Role Description
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market (GTM) efforts across Europe and the UK. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and product adoption — ensuring we deliver consistent value and user-centric experiences across all touchpoints.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing teams to align roadmaps with market needs and drive adoption through storytelling, experimentation, and user insight.
What You’ll Do
Customer Insight & Positioning
* Refine our Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personas.
* Translate user and market insights into clear product narratives.
* Own product messaging and ensure it resonates across verticals and geographies.
Go-To-Market Strategy
* Lead product launches end-to-end — from planning to measurement.
* Shape our GTM funnel: awareness → activation → retention.
* Coordinate with Marketing to link product updates with campaigns.
User Adoption & Experience
* Optimize onboarding, in-product messaging, and user journeys across app, lockers, and portals.
* Analyze usage data to improve engagement and reduce friction.
* Define KPIs and report on adoption, activation, and GTM performance.
* Create enablement materials for internal teams (Sales, Ops, Product).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Align with Product on roadmap validation and feature prioritization.
* Manage all product marketing content: UX copy, web pages, onboarding, and tutorials.
* Ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand, positioning, and drives conversion.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have
* 5–7+ years in Product Marketing in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
* Proven GTM experience across European or international markets.
* Strong user insight and storytelling capabilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.
* Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
