How will you contribute to PropHero?
Your mission will be to lead and develop the Sales Departments at PropHero in Spain, acting as a leader and multiplier for the Sales Team, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and abilities to reach their objectives. Your success will be measured by:
* Building strong relationships with mortgage brokers and financial advisors, and partnering with top tech companies for sales and branding
* Generating direct sales from your network
* Owning and expanding the Ambassador Program
* Establishing scalable processes, coordinating with operations, tech, and Country Managers
* Collaborating with Marketing & Operations to optimize the sales funnel
* Leading sales operations across current and future markets
* Owning sales targets and defining strategies to meet them
* Investigating and implementing sales tools to enhance performance
Be a TOP People Lead
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, recruiting, and training Sales Managers to reach their full potential
* Setting up an effective sales team structure and defining targets per country
* Establishing procedures, guidelines, and workflows for the sales team
* Leading initiatives and projects to improve customer impact
* Coaching the sales team and fostering a culture of communication and growth
* Scaling the team as the company grows
