In Spain, we operate a Global Service Desk. We tailor IT-related knowledge and services, assisting every employee and business partner of our customers as individuals by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.
We are looking for a First Line Analyst, fluent in Portuguese, French, Spanish & English, to join our team at Computacenter Spain.
The main responsibilities of this role include working with different IT support teams and communicating with users to find practical solutions to their IT problems.
Your future tasks will be:
You will be part of a friendly team supporting one of our international customers, responsible for resolving IT issues and providing solutions.
Your tasks will include:
* Answering and supporting queries via tools, phone, and email, maintaining daily contact with users across Europe
* Resolving IT issues encountered during office work
* Documenting and logging calls in the ticketing system
* Delegating unresolved problems to appropriate teams
* Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction levels
* Communicating with team members and other departments
What we offer:
* A hybrid position (95% work from home)

* Annual gross salary of 20,535.87€
* Quarterly bonus up to 150€
* Rotation shift from 6am to 11pm, Monday to Saturday
* Work schedule of 9.45 hours per day, 4 days per week, totaling 39 hours
