Job Description
As a Customer Success Cybersecurity and Managed Services Consultant, you will support the Customer Success Management (CSM) community and our customers in specific areas of technical expertise. You will be the offering expert for the CS community, ensuring customers follow appropriate technical steps to drive successful adoption and expansion of Rockwell Automation Cybersecurity & Network solutions and services, thereby growing overall Annual Recurring Revenue. You will collaborate with Rockwell Automation and Partner business units to drive continuous improvement and customer journeys for our offerings.
In this role, with a flexible location within the EU, you will report to the Software Customer Success Leader.
Your Responsibilities:
* Security – Cybersecurity best practices; Knowledge of IACS security standards; Understanding of industry-related standards.
* Networks – Ethernet network design best practices, bridging IT/OT; Knowledge of CPWE best practices; ability to communicate effectively with IT and OT teams; Focus on expanding RA and Partner networking-related services.
* Analyze customer adoption data to derive business value metrics.
* Identify expansion potential for additional products and services to help customers achieve desired outcomes.
* Participate in formal and informal training to develop technical skills continuously.
* Translate competitive solutions into RA solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Collaborate with peers to define sales and delivery handoff processes.
* Work with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to promote RA and Partner cybersolutions through presentations and demonstrations.
* Share industry knowledge of customer key drivers with new and existing customers at appropriate roles.
* Maintain and update sales and customer relationship data in tools like Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Gainsight, ensuring consistent and optimal use.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field.
* At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity applications, including Risk assessments, iDMZs, Continuous Threat Detection, and End Point Protection.
* At least 5 years in customer-facing roles in technical sales or project delivery.
* Working knowledge of Threat Detection, Secure Remote Access, and anti-virus solutions within an IT/OT environment.
* Relevant ICS Security Certifications or working towards them, such as CISSP, NIST, and ISA-99.
* Willingness to travel 30-40% within the assigned geography.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
* Knowledge of SOAR, SIEM, SOC utilization and value.
* Knowledge of Cisco networking and Converged Plantwide Ethernet model.
* Solution and application expertise with demonstrated sales experience.
* Familiarity with TSIA LAER model.
* Experience with Automation and Industrial Control Systems (PLC, PAC, DCS, HMI).
