At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an Application Manager to support Veeva CRM / Salesforce within the IT Centre of Excellence. The professional will join the ERP – Centre Excellence team and provide continuous support for the Sales Force Veeva+ environment.
Main responsibilities:
* Provide daily functional and technical support for Veeva CRM and Salesforce .
* Manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and stability.
* Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the CRM ecosystem.
* Ensure proper follow-up of requests, documentation, and user support activities.
* Work according to established processes and compliance requirements.
Who are you?
* Proven experience as Application Manager or similar role supporting CRM systems.
* Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and Salesforce (mandatory).
* Ability to operate in an international environment.
* Strong communication and coordination skills.
* Intermediate level in English and Spanish .
