Role Summary
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Expert to join our Finance Team!
Responsibilities
* Posting, maintaining and controlling of accounts receivable
* Invoicing. Introducing customer invoices in SAP
* Re-invoicing taxes, R&D, etc
* Price control
* Sending bill reminders
* Contacting clients to discuss their accounts
* Balance sheet conciliations
* Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reports according to exigencies of the business
* Protects organization value by keeping information confidential
* Participate in summary reports and AuditHelp in other requested tasks of the department
Qualifications
* Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk.
* Mandatory SAP experience.
* Interest in the field of pharmaceuticals would be an asset or having worked in an audit big 4.
* Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and collection regulations.
* Excellent computer skills, advanced in Excel.
Educational Milestone
* Preferably university degree in Economics.
* Excellent level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.
