If your answer is YES we are looking forward to meeting you.THE JOURNEYBe Part Of a Team Where You Will- Have a 360 understanding of all Glovo growth levers and optimise their strategy for the Q-commerce business (pricing, product, loyalty, promotions, consumer understanding, finance planning, customer experience, performance marketing, CRM and incentives, Comms)- Be a part of the implementation and execution of the strategies defined in all Glovo markets- Lead the analysis and consolidation of learnings on the different Growth experiments to be able to provide clear guidance on what worked, what did not work and what could be improved- Understand business needs and create insightful analysis helping your team challenge the status quo and make the right decisions- Drive projects end-to-end translating business challenges into insights, actions and results- Identify growth opportunities to increase our user base, increase frequency and retention rates and maximise profitability- Work directly with Glovo leaders (VPs, Growth directors, …)- Have an active role in the expansion of the Glovo Q-commerce rocketQualifications- Expert in Google sheets / Excel. Expertise in SQL strongly preferred- Data-driven mentality: takes decision based on data and makes business judgement when necessary- Curious attitude and eager to learn- Fluent in English- 3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environment- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar- Experience in Looker or similar tools as well as interest in other querying languages is a plus- Strong project management skills- Great communication, visualisation & storytelling skills- Curious attitude and eager to learnIndividuals representing diverse profiles, and abilities, encompassing various genders, ethnicities, and backgrounds, are less likely to apply for this role if they do not possess solid experience in 100% of these areas.
