- Typical tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Producing and maintaining Programme and Portfolio reporting and Management Information.
- Working with PMO Manager to create and drive adoption of the processes, documentation, templates and toolsets that provide the governance framework for project delivery.
- Providing day to day support and guidance to project teams to enable them to better manage change to time, cost, and quality parameters.
- Managing and coordinating data gathering, analysis and reporting for key Programme and Portfolio deliverables.
- Creating and maintaining project reports and KPI management to support project progress tracking and performance.
- Supporting PMO Manager with driving continuous improvement amongst PMO community.
