Position Overview
We are seeking a BPO RFP Writer to lead the development of compelling proposals that secure high‑value clients across industries. The ideal candidate is a goal‑oriented, strategic thinker with deep experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management within the outsourced contact center and BPO space.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and cultivate new opportunities through phone outreach, marketing campaigns, and industry networking.
* Conduct market and client research to uncover new sales channels and partnership opportunities.
* Lead the RFP process – drafting, customizing, and refining proposals using new content and recycled responses.
* Maintain and update proposal templates, presentation decks, and client communication materials.
* Present proposals and strategies to senior leadership and C‑level executives.
* Manage CRM systems and sales tracking tools to ensure accurate pipeline and performance reporting.
* Oversee directory listings, sponsorships, and other visibility initiatives to support lead generation.
Candidate Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or related field.
* 5+ years of leadership experience in sales, proposal writing, or business development.
* Proven ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
* Strong background in complex deal structuring, financial modeling, and contract negotiation.
* Experience in BPO and contact center operations (inbound, outbound, chat, email).
* Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and travel as needed.
* Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to inspire cross‑functional teams.
Conditions of Employment

* Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.

Physical Requirements
This role operates in a professional office environment. Employees will be largely sedentary, required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, and may occasionally need to move around the office, reach, and lift up to forty (40) pounds.
